Katarzyna Wacławek focuses on the legal aspects of financing the acquisition of companies, assets, and real properties and projects. She assists clients in structuring and negotiating credit facility agreements, loan agreements and security documents.

Katarzyna also advises financial institutions and borrowers in financing/refinancing projects, and supports buyers and sellers in the purchase/sale of companies and real properties (asset deals and share deals). In addition, Katarzyna coordinates the preparation of financial due diligence reports. She also helps clients in enforcing their rights under security and represents them in restructuring and solvency proceedings.

Katarzyna advises clients from the financial sector on regulatory issues, including the standardization of internal documentation and the structuring of banking products. She also took part in a prestigious project to create a template Polish credit facility agreement, based on the standard agreement recommended by the Loan Market Association, which is now recommend by the Polish Bank Association to its members.
