October brought several legislative developments in the healthcare sector in Poland, including in particular:

• Medicinal products: Changes to the requirements for the Responsible Person and the Qualified Person
• Healthcare: Draft amendment to the Act on the Protection of Mental Health and certain other acts
• Food: Deposit return system effective as of 1 October 2025.
