Life Sciences News in Poland – November 2025

November brought a number of legislative developments in the healthcare sector in Poland, including in particular:

• Medical devices: Mandatory use of EUDAMED from 28 May 2026
• Medicinal products: Entry into force of updated requirements for the Responsible Person and the Qualified Person under other acts
• Pharmacies: Amendment to the regulation on the basic conditions for operating a pharmacy published in the Journal of Laws
• Healthcare: Amendment to the Act on the Professions of Nurse and Midwife published in the Journal of Laws
• Food: Publication of a regulation on fees for activities carried out as part of official food controls
