DLA Piper at IPEM Paris - September 2025
Over the past three days, our lawyers from France and Luxembourg took part in the IPEM Private Equity & Venture Capital in Paris, sharing their expertise and market insights.
This year’s edition brought together more than 6,000 participants, including 900 General Partners (GPs), 1,600 Limited Partners (LPs), as well as 250 private banks, multi-family offices and wealth managers. These key players engaged in constructive discussions with our teams, covering the entire Private Equity cycle and across wide range of sectors to discuss market trends and explore new opportunities.
We were delighted to reconnect with our friends, clients and colleagues at our traditional cocktail reception. It is always a real pleasure to catch up and share this special moment together.
Once again, IPEM stands out as an essential platform where strategy, innovation and opportunities meet.
In the first video, Fanny Combourieu, Tax Partner and Managing Partner of the Paris office, together with Jérôme Halphen, Employment Partner, discuss the legislative and tax developments affecting management packages and their impact on executives, employees and investors.
In a second interview, Sandra Esquiva-Hesse, Partner in Restructuring & Special Situations, and Sarmad Haidar, Corporate Partner, provide their analysis of the French M&A and restructuring market, highlighting recent trends as well as opportunities for investors and businesses.
