DLA Piper welcomes Jonathan Haray to the White Collar, Investigations, and Government Enforcement Practice
DLA Piper is pleased to welcome back Jonathan Haray as a partner in the White Collar, Investigations, and Government Enforcement Subgroup within the Litigation Practice. He will be based in the Washington, DC office.
Haray served as a partner at DLA Piper for eight years prior to serving in senior positions in the Department of Justice (DOJ), including most recently as a Principal Assistant Deputy Chief of the Criminal Division’s Fraud Section. In this role, Haray supervised prosecutors handling corporate and individual cases involving securities and commodities fraud, government procurement fraud, and consumer and regulatory fraud.
Haray also has past experience serving as an Assistant Chief Litigation Counsel at the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Deputy Chief of the Fraud and Public Corruption Section at the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, and as a Judge Advocate in the US Navy’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps.
