DLA Piper advises ARD Investment and Development on the financing and corporate structuring of the acquisition of Hotel Cascais Miragem

DLA Piper has advised ARD Investment & Development (ARD-ID) on the financing, corporate structuring, and commercial arrangements – including the necessary management agreements – for the acquisition of Hotel Cascais Miragem, one of the most iconic assets in the Portuguese hospitality sector.

This transaction is among the most significant real estate deals of the year, involving an investment exceeding EUR200 million.
