DLA Piper advises MidEuropa and FAMAR Group on the acquisition of a production site from MiP Pharma

DLA Piper has advised leading European private equity investor MidEuropa and its portfolio company FAMAR Group, a European pharmaceutical CDMO, on the acquisition of a production site in Homburg (Saar), Germany, from MiP Pharma.
