DLA Piper advises ACP Holdings Acquisition Corp. in US$200 million initial public offering

DLA Piper advised ACP Holdings Acquisition Corp. in the company’s US$200 million initial public offering.

ACP Holdings Acquisition Corp. is a blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, amalgamation, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses. The company may pursue an initial business combination target in any industry or geographic region, but it intends to focus on companies that have an aggregate enterprise value of approximately US$750 million or greater and complement the management team’s background of private credit investments. The company’s sponsor is an affiliate of Atlas Credit Partners, a Houston, Texas-based investment manager providing direct financing solutions to both public and private middle market companies.
