Lasker's practice focuses on cross-border tax planning with an emphasis on complex domestic and international tax issues, including private equity and private credit fund formation, structuring, and related transactions. He brings more than 20 years of experience in tax advisory, deal tax support, and corporate tax consulting – including capital raising and investor structuring to portfolio management, ongoing operations, and exit strategies.
