His practice spans the full lifecycle of real estate transactions, including joint ventures, debt financings, acquisitions, dispositions, and development matters across a broad range of asset classes throughout the United States.

  • Represented investment management company in its acquisition, joint venture and financing of a US$72M build to rent project in Rockledge, Florida

  • Represented a developer in three separate joint ventures for the redevelopment and repositioning of multiple shopping malls located in Los Angeles and Burlington, Vermont, totaling more than 1.7 million square feet
