DLA Piper advises Motorola Solutions on US$1.5 billion acquisition of D-Fend Solutions

DLA Piper advised Motorola Solutions, Inc. (MSI) on its entry into a definitive agreement to acquire D-Fend Solutions, an industry leader in counter-drone technology, for a purchase price of US$1.5 billion.
