  • Advising Heidelberg Materials North America on several strategic acquisitions.
  • Advising the BMW Group and Mercedes-Benz Group on the sale of the FreeNow mobility platform.
  • Advising Bilfinger SE:
      - on the sale of Bilfinger Rohrleitungsbau and the scaffolding and insulation division in France and Portugal;
      - on the acquisition of Rodoverken Group AB, a specialist in heat storage technology.
  • Advising Gummi-Metall-Technik GmbH on the sale of its aerospace division.
  • Advising JUMP House on various add-on transactions, including the Superfly Group and other trampoline and event companies.
  • Advising Daimler Truck AG on the formation of a fuel cell joint venture with the Volvo Group.
