Federica Pianta

Federica is a lawyer in the Real Estate Department, based in the Milan office.

Federica advises leading operators in the real estate sector on all civil law matters across the full lifecycle of real estate investments, including acquisition, development projects, and disposal of real estate portfolios. Her experience includes advising on the negotiation, execution, and completion of real estate sale and purchase agreements, contributions to real estate investment funds (including transactions involving assets under development as well as divestment and disposal shopping centres and logistics hubs), lease agreements (retail, office, and logistics), construction and service contracts, and legal due diligence.

Before joining DLA Piper in 2024, Federica worked with leading Italian and international law firms.
