DLA Piper adds Geoffrey Palachuk to its Real Estate and Construction practice in Seattle

DLA Piper has added Geoffrey Palachuk as a Partner in the firm’s Real Estate practice. He is based in the Seattle office.

Palachuk further bolsters the firm’s West Coast real estate offering and national construction capabilities. He advises clients on complex contract negotiations, project delivery, risk mitigation, and claim resolution. He also manages high-stakes construction disputes across the country. Palachuk’s practice spans a broad range of projects, including public infrastructure, data centers, mixed-use developments, convention centers, semiconductor plants, fulfillment centers, public schools, universities, and renewable energy facilities.

“Complex construction and design issues underpin the success of real estate developments across all asset classes,” said Bryan Connolly, Global Co-Chair of the firm’s Real Estate practice. “Our clients rely on our advice to capitalize on development opportunities while mitigating construction and design risks in leading some of the country’s highest profile data center, stadium, infrastructure, mixed-use, and other large-scale projects. Geoff’s experience further strengthens our ability to guide owners, developers, and investors in all stages of the process, from contract strategy to dispute resolution.”
