Caoimhe is a partner and the head of the litigation and regulatory practice in Ireland and advises domestic and international corporate clients on a whole spectrum of contentious and regulatory issues across a broad range sectors and in particular, consumer goods, food and retail, energy, FS and insurance.
She advises domestic and international clients on a wide range of regulatory issues including Health and Safety, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Product Safety, Recall and liability and on Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing across a number of industries. She has experience in complex, high profile cases in the Irish Commercial Court advising and representing clients in a broad range of commercial disputes including, commercial contracts, M&A disputes, product liability, mass torts (including international class actions) and professional negligence litigation.
Caoimhe also has experience in the area of domestic and international regulatory investigations, having acted for a number of Irish and international clients in investigations by various regulatory bodies in the healthcare and food sectors. She advises on internal investigations, dawn raids and statutory inquiries and advises clients on managing their relationships with Irish and International regulators.

Advising Global Nutrition Group on the international product recall of contaminated high performance equine feed. Engagement with the Irish and EU regulators regarding root cause analysis and the development and implementation of a global litigation and mitigation strategy.
Advising Global Medical Device Company on the development and implementation of an EU engagement strategy and on the regulatory framework for the manufacture and export of ventilators and on the import of essential components.
Advising clients on the implementation of in-house and outsourced employee covid testing centres.
Advising international medical devices manufacturer on regulatory compliance in a sampling program for its new continuous glucose monitoring device and advising on the obsolescence of older models.
