Her experience spans all major real estate asset classes, including logistics, retail, offices, hotels and leisure, student accommodation, healthcare, infrastructure and energy. She is also highly regarded in the Irish real estate market for her expertise in commercial leasing.

  • Acting for a French SCPI on its continued expansion in Ireland including a number of acquisitions and financings.
  • Advising a US private equity company on the acquisition of retail assets across Ireland.
  • Acted for a Lux investment fund on a high profile acquisition of an office block in Dublin for €65 million.
  • Acting in the sale of a PBSA asset in Dublin for a European investment fund.
  • Acting for a number of landlord and tenant clients on their lettings.
  • Was part of a team of international DLA lawyers acting in a very large portfolio acquisition for a large private equity company.
