DLA Piper advises Cantor Equity Partners III, Inc. in closing of US$1.7 billion business combination with AIR Limited
DLA Piper advised Cantor Equity Partners III, Inc., a special purpose acquisition company sponsored by an affiliate of Cantor Fitzgerald, in the closing of its previously announced business combination with AIR Limited, the global leader in flavored shisha molasses and a pioneer in advanced inhalation technologies.
Upon closing, the combined company was renamed AIR Global PLC, and its ordinary shares began trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker symbol “AIIR” on May 18, 2026. The transaction valued the combined company at an enterprise value of US$1.7 billion.
