Rachel Mudra

Rachel focuses her practice on complex commercial, class action, and multidistrict litigation. In addition to litigation, Rachel counsels clients on compliance matters and internal investigations. 

Rachel regularly represents clients in state and federal court. In federal court, her experience includes a multi-week trial and dispositive motions practice. 

Prior to joining DLA, Rachel represented children, under Rule 13 certification, alongside a Guardian ad Litem. She successfully placed two children with their forever families, finalizing an adoption and guardianship.
