George Sand

George Sand's practice focuses on a wide variety of securities, general corporate and tax matters, particularly relating to investment funds and real estate capital market transactions. He represents sponsors across the country in a variety of deal structures acting as counsel on billions of dollars of fund, debt, tenant in common (TIC), Delaware statutory trust (DST), real estate investment trust (REIT) and other private securities offerings. In addition, George represents borrowers in related secured real estate financings, including agency and portfolio transactions, with a focus on aligning legal strategy with business objectives.
