Ruth Yohannes works closely with US and multinational companies in navigating various stages of the employment relationship, including hiring options, employee management, workforce restructuring and collective or individual employee separations. Ruth also regularly advises on employee matters in connection with mergers, acquisitions, sales and other corporate transactions.

On the litigation side, Ruth represents employers in a wide range of employment disputes, including complaints of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful discharge,

Additionally, Ruth maintains an active pro bono practice, and her various outreaches includes working with pro se asylum seekers, assisting DACA renewal and U-Visa applicants, and participating in criminal records dismissal cases. She also represents clients such as non-profits in various employment matters.
