The DLA Piper team was led by Corporate partner Chris Mitchell and senior associate Maddison Hardiman, with support from senior associate Giacomo Bell, solicitor Kristen Politis, and graduate Pavi Paramasivam.
Commenting on the transaction, DLA Piper partner Chris Mitchell said: "This transaction is one of the most significant renewable energy transactions in Australia this year. This sale not only underscores the strength of the renewable energy pipeline in Australia but also demonstrates the continued appetite from leading global investors to support Australia's energy transition."
