DLA Piper continues the expansion of its Real Estate Practice with the addition of Ryan Hanofee

DLA Piper is pleased to welcome Ryan Hanofee as a partner in the Real Estate Practice. He will spend time in the firm’s Boston and New York offices.

Hanofee has a wide-ranging real estate practice that includes single asset and portfolio joint ventures, financings, acquisitions and sales. He handles transactions throughout the US, and his clients include institutional investors, investment advisors, fund sponsors, lenders, family offices, private equity firms, sports franchises, developers and other owners and operators of real estate. His experience spans multiple asset classes, including multifamily, logistics, industrial, life science, office, retail and mixed use.

Hanofee’s experience includes representing a real estate investment management company in the acquisition and financing of two multifamily portfolios totaling approximately US$2 billion; advising an international investment firm in the acquisition, joint venture, and debt financing of a 22-property industrial portfolio; and counseling a private equity firm in the US$270 million portfolio refinancing of 69 office, industrial and flex properties.
