DLA Piper advises Fluid Life shareholders on strategic divestiture to Battery Ventures
DLA Piper advised the shareholders of Fluid Life, a leading provider of fluid analysis and reliability solutions, in the strategic divestiture of all issued and outstanding company shares to Battery Ventures, a global technology-focused investment firm.
DLA Piper’s cross‑border corporate and mergers and acquisitions team provided comprehensive counsel on all aspects of the transaction, including structuring and negotiating the share purchase agreement with a focus on maximizing shareholder value, coordinating multi‑jurisdictional due diligence, and supporting all closing and post‑closing requirements to ensure a seamless execution.
