About

Paweł Turek has more than 20 years of experience in advising banks, financial institutions and borrowers on all types of complex local and cross-border transactions.

His particular focus is on structured finance transactions, including the securitisation of various asset classes (e.g. consumer loans, corporates loans, SME loans, auto loans, leasing, MCA and BNPL).

Paweł has authored articles on banking law for a variety of business publications, including Global Capital and Structured Credit Investor. He is also the co-organiser (with PCS) of annual securitisation symposia in Warsaw.

Insight Overview

Paweł has authored articles on banking law issues which have been published in Polish journals.
