DLA Piper advises Keensight on acquisition of Quanos

DLA Piper has advised Keensight Capital on the acquisition of Quanos Solutions GmbH and its subsidiaries from IK Partners. Keensight Capital will support the Quanos team in its next phase of growth.

Headquartered in Nuremberg, Germany, Quanos is a leading global provider of industrial aftersales and digital technical documentation software. 270 employees serve more than 1,000 customers worldwide. European private equity firm IK Partners had acquired Quanos in 2018.

Keensight Capital is one of Europe's leading Growth Buyout firms. For more than 20 years, the company has been making long-term investments in profitable companies with high growth potential and revenues in the range of EUR10 million to 400 million.

The DLA Piper team was led by partners Lars Jessen (Private Equity/M&A, Frankfurt) and Sebastian Decker (Corporate/M&A, Hamburg).
