  • Advising Virya Energy on the establishment of a new renewable energy platform with a total project capacity exceeding 2 GW.
  • Advising OX2 on the development and commissioning of the 100 MWp Rutki PV farm.
  • Advising ib vogt GmbH Polska on the sale of a portfolio of PV farms with a total installed capacity of 117 MWp to Qualitas Energy.
  • Advising Equinor on the acquisition of the 26 MW "Wilko" onshore wind farm, located in western Poland, from the Helios Group.
  • Advising EDP Renewables Polska on the sale of a 142 MW wind farm portfolio to ORLEN S.A.
  • Advising EDP Renewables Polska on the sale of two PV farms with a total capacity of 280 MWp and a wind farm comprising 13 turbines with a capacity of 26 MW to ORLEN S.A.
  • Participating in due diligence reviews for large-scale investments, including wind farm projects and PV farms, both for the purpose of obtaining financing and in connection with M&A transactions.
  • Participating in proceedings before the Energy Regulatory Office regarding connection disputes and obtaining licences.
