  • Advising Equinor on the acquisition of the 26 MW "Wilko" onshore wind farm, located in the Wielkopolska region, from the Helios Group.
  • Advising EDP Renewables Polska on the sale of a 142 MW wind farm portfolio to Orlen S.A.
  • Advising EDP Renewables Polska on the sale of 2 photovoltaic farms with a total capacity of 280 MWp and a wind farm comprising 13 turbines with a capacity of 26 MW to Grupa ORLEN S.A.
  • Participating in due diligence reviews for large-scale investments, including wind farm projects and photovoltaic farms, both for the purpose of obtaining financing and in connection with M&A transactions.
  • Participating in proceedings before the Energy Regulatory Office regarding connection disputes and obtaining licences.
