  • Acquisition of a majority interest in Tangible Solutions by Marle International, a portfolio transaction of Dentressangle; acquisition of Elite Medical by Marle International
  • Acquisition of AED Brands by Safe Life, a portfolio company of Bridgepoint (medical device equipment)
  • Represented NovaTaste, a portfolio company of PAI Partners, in its acquisition of McClancy Food & Flavors (largest acquisition for NovaTaste)
  • Represented Asmodee Editions LLC, a portfolio company of PAI Partners in the acquisitions of a majority interest in Exploding Kittens (largest acquisition for Asmodee), Fantasy Flight and F2Z Entertainment
  • Represented Carlyle in the acquisition of ETC Group, a telecom supplier group
  • Represented Danone in the strategic acquisition of Follow Your Heart (Danone's largest US acquisition since 2015 at the time)
  • Represented Investindustrial and its portfolio company, Polynt SpA, in connection with their acquisition of the North American coatings and composite resin business of Momentive Corporation (formerly Hexion)
  • Represented Michelin North America in the acquisition of RoadBotics
  • Represented Artemis and Compagnie du Ponant in the acquisition of Paul Gauguin Cruises
  • Represented Dassault Systemes in the acquisition of StyleSage

Alexandra was awarded the Medal of Arts and Letters of the French Republic for services to French culture and institutions.
