Alexandra Lauvaux focuses her corporate transactional practice on the representation of private equity firms and strategic investors in acquisitions, divestitures, shareholders' agreements, joint ventures, and governance matters. She also leads the coordination of the legal work within DLA's various practice groups and jurisdictions for several clients.
