Charlize Morgan is a Corporate associate based in the firm’s New York office and focuses her practice in the area of Emerging Growth and Venture Capital. She represents startup companies in a range of corporate and securities matters, including equity and debt financings, and corporate governance matters. Charlize also regularly represents institutional investors, including VC funds, corporate VCs and family offices, in connection with financing matters.
Prior to joining DLA Piper, Charlize was an associate in the Technology Companies group of another international law firm.
