DLA Piper advises KINGSTONE Real Estate on the acquisition of a property in Munich

DLA Piper advised KINGSTONE Real Estate on the acquisition of a property in Munich. The seller is a Luxembourg-based investment company. KINGSTONE is acquiring the mixed-use property for the open-ended real estate special AIF "KINGSTONE Bavaria Süd".

The building at Kreillerstrasse 210 in Munich-Trudering, which is currently fully leased, has a total rental space of 4,204 sqm plus parking spaces. The main tenants include companies from the retail, fitness and office sectors, including Postbank with a branch and the car rental company SIXT. The property was built in 2018 on a leasehold plot and features high building quality, modern amenities and flexible floor plans.

KINGSTONE Real Estate is a Munich-based, owner-managed real estate investment management group founded by the Schomberg family and Pegasus Capital Partners.
