DLA Piper advises Cabot Properties on the acquisition of two logistic properties in Hirschberg and Kassel

DLA Piper has advised Cabot Properties, an international asset and investment manager headquartered in Boston, on the acquisition of two logistic properties in Hirschberg and Kassel. The parties have agreed not to disclose details of the transaction.

The property in Hirschberg, with approximately 17,500 sqm, was built in 2011 and features modern amenities with current sustainability standards, such as green roofs and LED lighting. Additionally, the property has direct access to the A5 and A67 freeways. The property in Kassel, which comprises 30,000 sqm of contiguous warehouse space and is fully leased and also ideally connected. The site in Kassel covers around 56,000 sqm in total.

Cabot Properties specializes in industrial and logistics real estate. The transactions are in line with Cabot Properties' expansion strategy of acquiring modern, high-quality properties in Germany and other established logistics markets around the world.
