DLA Piper advises Edulog in Serent Capital growth investment

DLA Piper advised Edulog, a student transportation software provider for K-12 school districts, on a strategic growth investment made by private equity firm Serent Capital.

Edulog’s software solutions are designed to enhance student safety, improve operational efficiency, and reduce transportation costs. The investment will fund new developments in Edulog’s cloud-native platform, Athena, which include expanded optimization capabilities and enhanced user dashboards, parent engagement features, and driver tools.
