  • Acting for the Australian Football League in all of its concussion litigation including 2 class actions issued in the Supreme Court of Victoria.
  • Acting for Pfizer in litigation in the Federal Court of Australia relating to its COVID-19 vaccine: Fidge v Pfizer Australia Pty & Anor.
  • Acting for a Council in an appeal to the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Victoria relating to the statutory construction and application of certain provisions of the Wrongs Act 1958 (Vic): Citywide Service Solutions Pty Ltd v Rosata [2023] VSCA 281.
  • Acting for individuals and related entities in relation to a dispute concerning commercial transactions, trust property and co-owned real estate, including a 28-day trial in the Supreme Court of Victoria*.
  • Acting for a respondent participant in the Australian Football League's Investigation of Allegations of Inappropriate Treatment of Hawthorn Football Club Players and Their Families*.
