Jolanta Dąbrowicz has more than 10 years of experience in advising clients from the pharmaceutical, food and healthcare sectors on regulatory and commercial matters.

She has a particular focus on issues related to the development, marketing, distribution, pricing and advertising of medicinal products, medical devices and dietary supplements, as well as product liability.

She represents clients in administrative and court proceedings and conducts legal due diligence reviews of companies with regard to regulatory requirements and administrative and court proceedings conducted against them.

  • Advising a global pharmaceutical company on a new distribution model and preparing all the relevant documentation, including preparing and negotiating distribution agreements.
  • Advising a distributor of medicinal products, medical devices, dietary supplements and cosmetics on issues related to the advertising of such products and preparing standard operational procedures in this regard.
  • Representing a producer of medicinal products in proceedings before the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspector concerning Good Manufacturing Practice requirements.
  • Advising a distributor of medical devices on its reimbursement strategy in Poland.
  • Advising a healthcare services provider on its relations with the National Health Fund, medical documentation, and subcontractor agreements to provide healthcare services.
