EXPERIENCE

Augusto has extensive experience in dealing with various governmental authorities such as the Tax Department and Customs. He advises a wide range of local and multinational companies such as Vivendi, Ecolab, Sony Interactive Entertainment, Amazon, Kellogg´s, Danaher, The Carlyle Group, Simon Group Holdings, among others. His practice uses a unified approach that comprises Tax, Customs, FX and export/import controls, advising and representing clients in complex matters and litigations.

He has been part of the tax law departments of the most prestigious law firms in Argentina from 2002 until 2013. From 2013 to 2018, he worked as an independent lawyer advising Law Firms, companies, and local governments as an external consultant. He has published articles on the subject and has attended conferences and seminars on tax matters.
