DLA Piper advises team.blue on the acquisition of a majority stake in AccessiWay

DLA Piper has advised team.blue on the acquisition of a majority stake in AccessiWay, one of Europe’s leading digital accessibility providers.

With this acquisition, team.blue further strengthens its compliance cluster. In this regard, DLA Piper already advised team.blue on the acquisitions of iubenda and consentmanager, providers for consent management and privacy compliance.

Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Luxembourg with subsidiaries in Italy, Austria, Germany, and France, AccessiWay offers a comprehensive solution for making websites, web applications, and mobile applications accessible to people with disabilities. This ensures compliance with the EU Accessibility Regulation, which comes into force on 28 June 2025.
