DLA Piper advises CDG Invest Growth in the acquisition of a strategic stake in Sodalmu

DLA Piper has advised CDG Invest Growth, an investment fund management company, on the acquisition by Capmezzanine V FPCC-RFA of a strategic stake in Sodalmu.  

Sodalmu is a Moroccan consumer goods, food and retail company specialising in the production and distribution of sodas under the brand “ICE”.

Through this transaction, CDG Invest Growth continues to pursue its investment strategy aimed at supporting locally grown, Moroccan companies with strong growth potential and contributing to their long-term development.
