DLA Piper bolsters public and private company M&A capabilities with Partner Amanda Gill
DLA Piper has added Amanda Gill as a Partner in the firm’s Corporate practice, based in the New York office. She will advise public and private companies on high-stakes mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the life sciences and technology sectors.
Gill’s experience also includes divestitures, tender offers, joint ventures, cross-border transactions, minority and control investments, carve-outs, shareholder activism, financial advisory, and other general corporate governance matters. In addition to companies, she counsels boards of directors, special committees, and investment banks.
