Sudhir Nair is a partner in the Firm's International Finance practice, based in London.

Sudhir has an established track record of advising both lenders and borrowers on a diverse range of financing arrangements.

His primary focus includes infrastructure financing across a range of debt products and financing structures (including syndicated loans, multi-creditor platform transactions, capex roll-outs and holdco/midco financing arrangements). Sudhir has extensive experience advising clients on financing related to data centres, dark fibre networks, renewable energy and energy transition, transport and purpose-built student accommodation.

Sudhir also has additional experience advising bank lenders and direct lenders on financing in the Fintech space.

Sudhir sits on the LMA's documentation committee for Real Estate Finance.

  • A London based data centre operator in connection with its acquisition and associated multi-phase development financing of an industrial plot in outer London, UK for the purpose of developing and operating a data centre facility.*
  • A global investment management company as arranger in relation to the financing and acquisition of the iconic Gravity Campus for the purpose of developing and operating a data centre facility.*
  • A global investment management company as arranger and their high yield fund in relation to the construction, development and operation of a dark fibre network under the Hudson River.*
  • Sequoia Investment Management Company Limited, in relation to the construction, development and operation of a fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) network in England (Project Lightspeed).*
  • JP Morgan as agent, arranger and lender in respect of a GBP75 million revolving facility with a leading UK-based fintech challenger bank as the borrower.*
  • JP Morgan as agent and arranger and a club of international financial institutions as syndicate lenders in respect of a GBP100 million revolving facility with a leading UK-based fintech challenger bank as the borrower.*
  • A global investment management company as arranger in relation to the financing of a Graphite processing and manufacturing plant in Alabama as a part of the Energy Transition initiative.*
  • Westmill Solar on the construction and development of Solar Farms in the United Kingdom.*
  • The arrangers and the lenders on a EUR1.5 billion financing for the acquisition of ista International GmbH, one of the world's leading energy efficiency providers, by CKI.*
  • A global investment management company as arranger in relation to the Holdco Financing of a Toll Road project in Turkey and Poland.*
  • Roadchef (Motorways Service Operator) on its refinancing of its existing bank facilities and whole business securitisation.*
  • The arrangers and the lenders supporting Atlantia's bid for London City Airport.*
  • ING Real Estate Finance (UK) B.V. and Landesbank Baden-Württemberg on the GBP400 million refinancing of the Salesforce Tower (formerly the Heron Tower) in the City of London.*

  • An Abu Dhabi-based alternative investment fund, as the borrower, on its GBP176 million acquisition of 1 Palace Street in London from Delek Global Real Estate plc.*
