About

Brad Rock focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, venture and angel investing, public offerings, and public company reporting and governance. 

Brad serves as counsel to corporations in a number of industries, including clean tech, software and information technology companies, and retail. He is also counsel to a number of family offices and venture and angel funds.

Brad regularly represents privately held and publicly traded buyers and sellers in corporate and asset acquisitions, early and later-stage technology companies in private placement equity financing transactions, and publicly traded companies in registered public offerings and PIPE transactions. He regularly advises publicly traded companies on SEC reporting, listing compliance and corporate governance matters. Brad also assists founders and officers of public companies in their compliance with securities laws and sales of stock. 

Brad is a Co-chair of DLA Piper’s Opinion Committee.
