Evolving perspectives on the use of fund finance

The LMA is the authoritative voice of the loan market in EMEA. Since its inception, it has been dedicated to supporting the loan markets, with a focus on enhancing liquidity, efficiency, transparency and sustainability. With 880+ members across 69 jurisdictions, the LMA represents a diverse set of market participants and sectors within the loan market. The LMA is playing a key role in increasing efficiency, transparency and liquidity in the fund finance market by creating frameworks, guidance and best practices in the market, providing education, a forum for consideration of regulatory changes and gathering data insights.

The LMA has established a fund finance Working Party Structure, of which DLA Piper is an active participant.
