About

Chiara Colamonico advises on administrative procedures for obtaining permits and authorisations and on contractual matters related to the development of energy projects.

She assists clients in connection with investments in the environmental sector as well as administrative proceedings and contracts relating to the remediation of polluted sites and emissions generated by industrial plants. 

She provides support during authorisation procedures (or during the assessment of their status through due diligence procedures) and in contractual matters relating to the acquisition of land and rights in rem for the construction of renewable energy plants. 

She assists in the preparation of bidding procedure documentation for tenders, work assignments and permits before the various local regulatory authorities.

She holds the position of Secretary-Treasurer at the Environmental, Health and Safety Law Committee of the International Bar Association.
