Gernot Dederichs is an associate at DLA Piper specialising in employment law. He provides comprehensive advice to national and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, with a particular focus on internal investigations, dismissals on grounds of suspected misconduct, and employment disputes.

He supports employers both with day-to-day employment law advice and in matters of particular legal and factual sensitivity, particularly in connection with internal investigations, and at the interface between employment law and criminal law.
