She advises leading Italian and international banks, funds, asset managers and corporates on complex financing transactions, with a particular focus on real estate and asset-backed financings, acquisition financings, cross-border lending structures, debt restructuring and bond issuances. Her practice regularly involves large-scale logistics, office, hospitality and mixed-use portfolios, acting for both lenders and sponsors.

Francesca advises on transactions involving Italian real estate AIFs (FIA) and management companies (SGRs), including structuring for the purposes of the substitute tax regime pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 601/1973, as well as on the structuring of security packages in enforcement-sensitive contexts and financing structures involving Luxembourg, English, French and Spanish counterparties. She regularly assists lenders and sponsors in high-value transactions across the logistics, hospitality, office and mixed-use sectors, working with multidisciplinary and cross-border teams.
