Nandan Padmanabhan is a trial lawyer who focuses his practice on high-stakes intellectual property litigation, with a specific focus on patent and trade secret litigation. Nandan's clients include global companies across multiple industries, with particular experience in the fields of consumer electronics, semiconductors, software, automotive, and media/entertainment. Nandan regularly represents clients in federal district courts, the International Trade Commission (ITC), and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He also represents clients in inter partes review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Nandan has a background in computer engineering, and frequently leads the technical analysis and strategy for patent infringement cases, many of which involve highly complex electronics, software, and wireless patents.
