Sebastian Rößle advises clients on all aspects of IT law matters, including cybersecurity, e-commerce, and intellectual property law.

He primarily advises German and international clients from various industries, particularly the automotive, technology, and pharmaceutical sectors, on all current issues related to technology, e-commerce, and IT contract law, as well as on matters of platform regulation. In addition, he has experience in preparing for and conducting litigation, particularly in the area of unfair competition law.

His clients also receive support in complying with the rapidly evolving European and German legal landscape resulting from the European Union’s digital strategy, including in the areas of artificial intelligence and data law.
