  • Advising a global media and technology company in relation to an array of workplace compliance matters at an operational level, including employee contractual term and employee exits.*
  • Assisting an aged care provider on industrial instrument compliance, including drafting of an enterprise agreement and negotiations with trade union.*
  • Advising a national support services provider on historical underpayment issues arising out of the incorrect application of enterprise agreement and modern award terms, including advising on employee communications timing, rectification steps and management briefings.*
  • Advising numerous corporations on the employment aspects of due diligence and share and business sale negotiations, including assisting a major telecommunications provider on a scheme of arrangement offering.*
  • Conducting and advising on workplace investigations involving sensitive matters and senior employees, for a variety of clients including in the not-for-profit, government and real estate industries.*
  • Advising an investment and innovation arm of a major bank on the restructuring of its operations, including assisting with the overall approach and strategy, preparing the required documentation in relation to the restructuring and assisting with the closure of business operations.*
  • Successfully defending proceedings brought against a global environment and pharmaceutical company in relation to the enforceability of restrictive covenants. The matter was resolved in favour of the client.*
  • Successfully defending proceedings brought against a hospitality company in relation to general protections regime, and prosecuting a cross-claim in relation to fraud and misconduct.*
  • Successfully defending multiple proceedings brought against a global rideshare company in relation to disability discrimination claims made in various jurisdictions.*
  • Successfully resolving and defending various employment litigation matters in the Fair Work Commission, Federal Circuit Court and Family Court of Australia and the Federal Court of Australia.*
