International Construction Disputes: Opportunities and challenges facing construction sector participants in the next decade

Our Global Construction Conference took place on Wednesday, 29 November 2023. The theme of the conference was "Opportunities and challenges facing construction sector participants in the next decade". We reflected on the current state of the sector and discussed the factors that are likely to present significant opportunities and challenges, including AI, environmental concerns and diversity.

The conference was hosted online by DLA Piper speakers from across Asia, Australia, the Middle East, Europe and North America, who were joined by an esteemed panel of construction practitioners from across the world.

Over the course of the day, we ran 6 'chase the sun' sessions, starting with Asia Pacific, to the Middle East, and ending with Europe and the UK.
