DLA Piper recognized as the #1 most active law firm for private equity deal volume globally, according to PitchBook

DLA Piper is pleased to announce its #1 ranking as the most active law firm for global deal volume in private equity according to PitchBook’s 2023 Annual Global League Tables ranking. The firm moved up in global ranking from #2 last year. 

DLA Piper was also recognized as the #2 most active law firm in the US and #1 in Europe.

According to the data collected by PitchBook, DLA Piper was recognized as the #1 most active private equity legal advisor in a number of sectors, spanning healthcare, software and business services. The firm also ranked #1 in global buyout activity and #1 globally for private equity deal volume representing investors, which builds on PitchBook’s 2022 rankings.
